Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy explains what information Vestigo LTD. collects when you visit this website or submit an inquiry, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you submit our inquiry form, we collect your business type, daily advertising budget range, name, phone number, and email address. If you select Other, we also collect your description of your business.
We collect information about how you reached our site, including the landing-page URL, referring page, first-visit time, campaign parameters (UTMs), and Meta click identifiers when available. These details are kept for the browser session and attached to your inquiry when you submit the form.
Our analytics and advertising tools may collect page visits, form-interaction events, browser identifiers, and technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Meta may set or read _fbp and _fbc cookies. We do not send your name, phone number, or email address to these analytics and advertising tools.
How we use your information
Vestigo LTD. uses your form answers and contact details to evaluate your inquiry, contact you by phone or email about our Google Search Ads and lead-generation services, and, if you become a client, help set up the service. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a paid service.
We use visit and campaign information to understand which advertising brought people to our site, measure completed inquiries, and improve our website and advertising.
Tracking and advertising tools
Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel load when you visit this site. Google Analytics receives visit and form-step events. Meta receives page-view events. We do not currently show a cookie-choice banner on this site.
Our website host, Lovable, also adds its own visit-statistics script to this site. It collects basic visit information such as page views, visit times, the page you arrived from, an approximate region derived from your IP address, and device and browser details. Lovable uses this to measure traffic on our site; it does not use advertising cookies or receive your form answers.
After an inquiry is saved, we send a lead-conversion event to Google Analytics and Meta. Meta also receives a server-side Conversions API event with the same event ID to help avoid double-counting. This event can include the landing-page URL, Meta browser or click identifiers, IP address, and browser user-agent. We do not send your name, phone number, or email address to Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or Meta Conversions API.
Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details for this purpose. To limit repeated submissions, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to 2 days.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We use the following service providers to operate our business and this site: Lovable (website hosting and our inquiry database), Resend (emails each new inquiry to our team), and Google Workspace (our business email). We share measurement data with Google Analytics and Meta (measuring visits and ads) as described above; their use of that data is also governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share your form contact details with Google Analytics or Meta for ad measurement.
How long we keep information
We keep submitted inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services if you become a client, and maintain business records, subject to applicable legal requirements. Attribution stored in your browser's session storage lasts for that browser session; analytics and advertising providers apply their own retention settings to data they receive.
Where your information is stored
Our service providers may store or process your information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and other authorities under the laws of those countries.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information by emailing info@vestigopages.com. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about your inquiry. We will handle requests subject to applicable law and any records we must retain.
You can use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, adjust ad settings in your Google or Meta accounts, or block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may limit measurement, but does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last revised.
